Stitches for Jesus

In June of 2002 God planted a seed in the
form of a vision and "Stitches for Jesus" was
sewn. Through many hours of gathering we
have become a close knit group. We began
with 6 faithful women who followed His
pattern and pieced together a group of 30
plus members. Through the loving devotion
of these girls and ladies we were able to
distribute over 1800 items to more than 5
different organizations over the past 4 1/2
years. We are a group of girls and women
who meet once a month to fellowship and
work with the talents that God has given us to
create goods to distribute to those in need.
We pray for one another and work to glorify
and spread the name of our Lord, Jesus
Christ. We meet in the Dining Hall of Light &
Life Christian Fellowship Downey between the
hours of 9am and 5pm. Light & Life Downey
is located just west of the 605 Fwy on
Florence Avenue in Downey, California.

We welcome everyone and would love to
have you join us.
